#1:     These Sale order Terms of use and Policies are in force for ALL orders placed during a Westerfield Models Sale. Westerfield Models reserves the right to change, alter, modify or cancel any of these terms, at any time, without any notice. Persons placing an order during a Westerfield Models Sale are encouraged to read and understand All of our Sale Terms before placing an order.

#2:     Sales are operated under specific starting dates and times. Sale orders placed before a listed Sale start date and time are not eligible for any Sale discounts. Sale orders placed after a listed Sale End date and time are not eligible for any Sale discounts. Mailed in Sale orders must be postmarked on the listed End date of the sale or are invalid. These can be received after the Sale end date.

#3:     Kits not eligible for Sale discounts means that any Kits priced above the maximum price listed for the sale cannot be used for discount or Free Kits in a Sale order. However, these Items may be ordered during a Sale order.

#4:    Disks not eligible for Sale discounts means that any Disks listed as ineligible for a Sale cannot be used for discount or Free Disks in a Sale order. However, these Items may be ordered during a Sale order.

#5:     Tahoe Trucks may only be ordered in certain specified Sale Codes. During a Sale, Tahoe trucks cannot use any other discount if a Tahoe Sale code is used. Sales orders for Tahoe trucks using Tahoe discounts or ADD-ON items are invalid and will be modified accordingly, possibly with the Tahoe Sale codes removed.

#6:     Sale codes may be used multiple times for the Items listed under each code. Term #7 will apply to any multiple Sale code use.

#7:     Sale discounts are determined by using Sale code and the lowest priced item covered by that code to determine the discounted or Free Item. For multiple Sale codes, the items from the entire order(s) will be combined and aggregated. Then all the Sale codes will be applied to each type of item ordered, using the lowest priced Item(s) to determine the discount or Free Items. Furthermore, Westerfield Models LLC reserves the right to, at any time, without notice, to change the methods and procedures of how we determine discounted or free sale items.

#8:     Multiple orders placed during the specified Sale Dates and times will be, when possible, combined and the shipping total adjusted as necessary. Larger orders may not be eligible for combining shipping. In All cases, shipping remains the amount determined by the current shipping chart unless a special sale code (see below) can be applied.

#9:     If a special Sale code is listed during a Westerfield Sale period, all terms will apply to that Sale also.   If a Special Sale is for Free Shipping, then the total of all items (except items not eligible for the Sale) will need to meet or exceed the amount listed to receive the Free shipping.   On a Website order, if shipping has been added, this amount cannot count towards the order total to receive free shipping.
