Shipping and Delivery Questions:

1. Q: What does S & T Collectibles charge for shipping an order?
A: S& T Collectibles is happy to offer free standard ground shipping all orders, regardless of size or value to any U.S. address.
2. Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: Yes. The following shipping options are available buy purchasing the extra postage in the Shipping Upgrade Category.

• 2-3 Business Day Shipping and Handling: $15 per order*
• 1-2 Business Day Shipping and Handling: $25 per order*

*Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00PM PST in order to ship out the same day they are placed.  Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation (fragrances, nail polish, etc). Sorry, even though expedited shipping is available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses it could take longer. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

3. Q:  Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

A:  Yes. All items in the International Web Direct Store are for international shipping and have International First Class Mail priced into the price of the item. 

4. Q: Can I expedite my International shipping?

A: Yes. The following shipping options are available buy purchasing the extra postage in the International Shipping Upgrade Category. These options will allow for faster shipping of your order. The price is for one item added to your cart. If you are interested in more than one item, please email us at INFO@SandTCollectibles.com for price.

5. Q:  What shipping methods do you use?

A:  All orders under 70lbs. will ship via USPS. Over 70lbs. will ship via available options.
6. Q:  How long will it be before I receive my order?

A:  For standard shipping, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. You should then receive your order within 3-6 business days* in the US and 3-6 weeks for international orders. Expedited shipping will be quicker.

*Please allow additional time for shipments to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).

Return Questions

1. Q: How do I return my order?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the received date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn or unopened and in the same condition it was received in, including any tags. To return your order simply email us to indicate that you are returning the item. Then, mail the item back to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and apply a credit to you via PayPal within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return as been processed.
 
Please note that credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.
