Sharing Information Outside the O.B’S Family

We are required to or we may provide information about you to third parties outside of the O.B’S family without your consent, as permitted by law, such as,

· to respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process or regulatory authorities;

· to consumer reporting agencies;

· in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of a business or an operating unit;

· to protect against fraud.

In addition, we may provide information about you to our service providers to help us process your applications or service your accounts. Our service providers may include billing service providers, mail and telephone service companies, insurers, loan settlement service providers, property inspection companies, attorneys or other professionals.

We may also provide information about you to our service providers to help us perform marketing services (including the marketing of O.B’S products and services and the products and services of non-O.B’S companies). We do not provide nonpublic information about you to any non-O.B’S company whose products and services are being marketed unless you authorize us to do so. These non-O.B’S companies are not allowed to use this information for purposes beyond your specific authorization.

Sharing Information Within the O.B’S Family

O.B’S and its corporate family may share with each other all of the categories of information we gather about you, including identification information (such as your name and address), credit reports (such as your credit history), application information (such as your income or credit references), your account transactions and experiences with us (such as your payment history), and information from other third parties (such as your employment history).

By sharing this information, O.B’S can better understand your needs. We can then send you notification of new products and special promotional offers that you might not otherwise know about.


You may prohibit the sharing of application and third party credit-related information within O.B’S corporate family. If you make such a request, it will apply to all of your consumer relationships with all the companies within the O.B’S family. If you have a joint account, a request by one party will apply to the entire account.

We will honor your choice on restricting information sharing. However, the restriction does not extend to the sharing of other information, including your name and address, and your account transactions and experiences, within O.B’S family.

Our Former Customers

Even if you are no longer a O.B’S customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

Our Security Practices and Information Accuracy

We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to the personal and account information of our customers to those employees who need to know that information in the course of their job responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect customer information.

We also have internal controls to keep customer information as accurate and complete as we can. If you believe that any information about you is not accurate, please let us know.

This Privacy Policy applies to products or services provided by O.B’S offices in the United States, used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes (not business purposes). We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, and any of the policies described above, at any time.
